Focus House provides product photography services for small brands, including simple-background product photos, detail and texture photos, and related styled content sets. The exact scope, product count, shot list, and usage needs are reviewed before any booking is confirmed.
Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling needs, and the level of edited files agreed for the project. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer and payment card, and any project-specific payment terms will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Product intake and studio production are arranged by prior booking during stated business hours. Products must be delivered only through a scheduled drop-off or a confirmed courier delivery, and any sample setup or shot list approval may be required before photography starts.

All photographs, previews, and edited files remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a separate written license states otherwise. No RAW files, rejected frames, or unused camera files are included unless expressly agreed in writing, and image use is limited to the rights granted for the project.

Photography and editing are provided with reasonable care, but results depend on the condition of the products, the approved brief, and the agreed scope. Focus House does not guarantee an exact recreation of reference images, exact image counts, or outcomes beyond the approved production plan, and it is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete instructions or unsuitable source products.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised with Focus House in good faith, and if it is not resolved informally, it may be handled in the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction over the matter.
